Return & Refund Policy

We sell apparel and footwear. This policy applies to all orders shipped to all countries worldwide.

1. Return Eligibility
   Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, no stains or damage. Shoes must be kept in original shoe box.
2. Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted clearance items
• Underwear, swimwear for hygiene reasons unless defective
• Custom-made products

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
   If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and attach photos or unboxing video. We will arrange replacement or full refund.
4. Return Shipping Cost
   Customers bear return shipping cost if you change your mind. If the fault is on our side (wrong item / damaged product), we cover return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
